■Regarding travel plans
New applications that we received by 23:59 on December 26, 2024 (Thu.) will be arranged by the end of the year.
※If there are any confirmations in your application, we may respond to you after the holiday.
※Applications that we received after December 27 (Fri.) will be arranged in order from January 6 (Mon.), 2025, after the holiday.
※Depending on the number of applications that we received, it may take some time to reply. If you do not receive a response by January 10, please contact us.

■Regarding cancellation
Cancellations that we received during the above period will be handled after January 6. Reservations cancelled during this period will be recognized as “Received on Monday, January 6” for cancellation fees.

■Regarding inquiries by e-mail and website
We will reply to inquiries received during the above period after Monday, January 6, 2025.
