Reserving Travel Plans
You can easily make online reservations for official travel plans orgainzed and implemented by Shinshu Iiyama Tourism Bureau’s “Iiyama Tabi-Tabi”.
Reservation Deadlines
An application must be received at least 10 days before the day the tour starts.
*In some cases, the tour may still be available after the deadline. Please feel free to contact us.
Reservation Application Process

STEP1
Fill in the required fields in the reservation application form to request a reservation.
After clicking “Reserve this plan” on the individual plan screen, the reservation request form will be displayed.
Fill in any required fields and confirm that the information is correct. -
STEP2
A reply from the tourism bureau regarding your reservation request will be sent within 5 days.
The trip will be arranged and confirmed by Shinshu Iiyama Tourism Bureau, and the Company will send a response within 5 days. When you receive the response, please confirm the arrangement results again, and contact the tourism bureau to inform whether you accept the tour or not. Upon receiving your notification of acceptance, the reservation procedures will be complete.

STEP3
Confirm the contents of the document, and deposit your payments before the designated date.
【Bank transfer】
If you are paying by bank transfer, instructions will be sent to you by postal mail. Confirm the details in the document, and transfer the total cost by the designated date. Upon confirmation of the deposit, your reservation will be officially complete.

If you are paying by credit card, you will receive a separate email with payment instructions after you accept your reservation. Your reservation will be officially complete once you have confirmed the contents of the document and we receive your payment.

Payment shall be a single, lump sum payment.
*In addition, an encrypted system using SSL has been adopted for order transmissions, etc. When personal information is sent to the server, the transmission is encrypted to prevent leaking of personal information to a third party. Please be assured.

On the day of the tour
The day of your tour has arrived! Please go to the meeting place described in the guidebook in advance.

Travel conditions (summary)
This travel tours are organized and implemented by the general incorporated association, Shinshu Iiyama Tourism Bureau (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Travel conditions, shall be subject to the following items, Travel Terms and Conditions to be provided later (entire text), final itinerary and the Travel Agency Business Terms (section regarding subscription type organized tour contracts).
Application for Tour Contract and its Conclusion.
The Company accepts applications completed as required by the Company, as well as at its stores, by fax, postal mail, telephone or other communication method (in some cases, a reservation fee up to 20% of the total trip cost may be required as a deposit), and trip cost shall be paid before the date designated by the Company. A tour contract shall be valid when conclusion has been approved by the Company, and the tour fee or application fee. Furthermore, the reservation deposit shall be subtracted from the payment of plan prices.
Expenses included in this plan
In addition to the cost of transportation, fees for accommodations, meals, hands-on experiences and tour guide, various taxes such as consumption tax, matters clearly described in the brochure as Expenses included in this plans, and a travel business handling fee, are included.
Cancellation charges
Once a tour contract has been concluded, in the event you wish to cancel for personal reasons, the following amount shall be charged as the cancellation fee.

Special compensation
According to special compensation regulations in the Company Agreement, the Company shall pay compensation and consolatory money, due to specific physical injury or damage to baggage of a client, in the event of a sudden and unexpected unusual accident, occurring while participating on a tour. However, in cases where injury or damage is intentional, due to drunk driving, personal sickness or disease, is outside the tour schedule, or is related to dangerous driving during free activity time, the company shall not pay compensation or consolatory money as described above.
Participation in domestic travel insurance
In case of injury and damage to your baggage due to an unintentional accident during the tour, arrangement have been made by the Company for All Nippon Travel Agents Association travel disaster compensation system, to ensure your safety and convenience. However, in some cases, much treatment and transportation expenses may be incurred due to sickness and injury during a tour. In addition, in the event of an accident, claiming and collecting compensation from the person responsible for the accident is sometimes very difficult. As a safeguard, we recommend securing a sufficient amount of domestic travel insurance.
Handling of personal information
The Company shall use the personal information provided in the application form for your tour to contact you, arrange the services included in the tour, and within the range needed to carry out such services. In addition, the Company may use the personal information to inform you of various plans, preparing statistical material, or request participation in a survey. Trip Terms Standard
The terms of this tour have been established as of March 1, 2011.
