Please check the following possibilities.
1. If our address has been automatically sorted into the junk mail folder
2. If there is no e-mail in your spam folder and you have not received an e-mail titled “Notification of Iiyama Tabi Tabi Booking Request “.

We only accept credit card payments by Visa and MasterCard for customers residing overseas.
We do not accept credit cards other than those listed above.After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the title “Confirmation sheet for Accommodation plan” and the URL for payment from “PG Multi-payment” at the same time or within one hour after the reservation is confirmed.

Whenever there is a change in the availability of a reservation, it will be reflected on the page of each plan. Please check there. - Q What tour options are available?

We can offer skiing, overnight stays, canoeing on the Chikuma River, renting gear, and many other options depending on your needs.
